Programs

Tree Canada is committed to creating and innovating programs that help to green Canada’s communities, cities, and rural areas. We are proud to work with corporate, government, and individual sponsors who share our vision of creating a healthier living environment for Canadians and helping to naturally combat climate change.

Our programs can take root in any community. Greening Canada’s School Grounds is an opportunity for students to learn more about the environment and play under a leafy canopy that offers protection from solar radiation. TD Green Streets is a municipal forestry innovation program that has seen almost 500 Canadian towns and cities receive tree-planting, green infrastructure, and educational resources. Grow Clean Air is a way to offset carbon emissions for households, events, companies, and more. Operation ReLeaf offers solutions for areas damaged by natural disasters or tree infestations, and Edible Trees gives community organizations the resources to plant fruit and nut trees. Sponsors can support any of these programs, as well as our other tree-planting initiatives, to create a green legacy for their brands locally or Canada-wide.
