Resource Manager, Greening Programs

The Resource Manager, Greening Programs, is a new position. The incumbent will lead a team of over 10 remote contractors (Forestry Specialists) who are responsible for providing technical guidance and delivering planting projects and events across the country.

Head, Urban Programs

The Head of Urban Programs will manage the performance of a diverse team to create impact and focus on delivering urban forestry initiatives to underserved ecologies and populations. The Head of Urban Programs will provide technical leadership in identifying strategic plan priorities and KPIs for urban programs, including program quality, operational efficiency, partnership, and monitoring outcomes.

Request for Proposals for Operation ReLeaf Planting Projects

Tree Canada’s Operation ReLeaf program helps recover areas that have undergone substantial tree loss due to a natural event.

The escalating impacts of climate change pose an increasing threat to communities across Canada. To support the recovery of our urban forests, Operation ReLeaf provides funding to municipalities, Indigenous communities, and environmental organizations to support tree planting projects.

Expression of Interest for Tree Canada Planting Projects

Tree Canada is looking for tree planting contractors to carry out large-scale planting projects, including land securement, site preparation, seedling stock acquisition and tree planting supervision, for our National Greening Program.
