To the lovely Tree Canada community,
It is with mixed feelings that I announce my departure from Tree Canada. While I have truly enjoyed my time here and have great respect for the Board, the staff, and you – our lovely Tree Canada community – I have made the decision to focus my attention more fully on my family. The Board has engaged a search firm and I will remain in my role until a new CEO is chosen. I look forward to supporting this person during the transition.
It has been a privilege to work for this organization during such an exciting time and I am grateful for the work we have done together. In 2021, we planted more than 900,000 trees across Canada. In 2022, we expect to plant one million trees. These achievements could not be possible without the support of our amazing community. I am so grateful for your dedicated support, and I wish Tree Canada great success now and into the future.
