Your support has helped us plant trees in Kamouraska.

The community garden project will be located in the municipality of Rivière-Ouelle. This garden is intended for the whole community. There are spaces reserved for Vents-et-Marées primary school, located nearby, as well as for various committees present in the community (collective kitchen, committee for 50 +, harmonization table for seniors). This community garden aims to improve access to fresh vegetables, introduce participants to the practice of gardening, develop a level of food autonomy, ensure supplies to the collective kitchen and redistribute surpluses to organizations coming in to help the most disadvantaged. To meet the demand of citizens, this forest provides for the development of edible plants.
