Shelley brings over twenty years of broad, global consulting experiences having worked with for-profit and not-for-profit clients across many industry sectors around the world. Her consulting career began at Capgemini, a multinational information technology services and consulting firm, before starting her own consulting business almost ten years ago.

Shelley is engaged by clients to deliver strategic plans, business and technology strategies and to support technology transformation projects. She is also known for her significant experience in large group facilitation and helping clients bring together diverse stakeholders to gain alignment on their strategies and implementations plans.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Biology as well as a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. Her Master’s degree in Continuing Education was awarded by the University of Calgary.

Residing in Oakville, Ontario, Shelley is actively engaged in her community. With a keen interest in emerging technologies, she is involved in the local technology start-up ecosystem. She was previously on the Board of Directors for the Oakville Gymnastics Club, one of the largest gymnastics clubs in Ontario. She served as the Chair for two terms and is proud to have successfully navigated the club through the many challenges of the pandemic. Shelley enjoys playing soccer year-round and is actively involved in many amateur sports organizations in Halton Region through the involvement of her children.

Travel has been a personal passion. She has travelled extensively around the world having visited all seven continents!
