Dr. Eric Lamb of the Department of Plant Sciences, University of Saskatchewan will discuss why these species are such a problem and how they can be controlled..

Invasive forage and horticultural grasses such as Smooth Brome
and Kentucky Bluegrass are some of the most significant threats to remnant
native grasslands. Dr. Eric Lamb of the Department of Plant Sciences, University
of Saskatchewan will discuss why these species are such a problem and how
they can be controlled. Co-presented with Friends of the Saskatoon
Afforestation Areas Inc.

These free events
are held in the Auditorium of Cliff Wright Library (located in the Lakewood Civic
Centre, 1635 McKercher Dr.). The events start at 7:00 p.m. and end at about
8:30 p.m. These are in-person events.
